Man & Material Lift Engineering of Cudahy, Wisconsin is nearing completion of a 100' specialized clean room manlift for preparing Satellites for launch at Cape Canaveral. MLE previously built a similar machine for Lockheed Martin who sub-contracts to the NRO (National Reconnaissance Office). These are primarily used for Spy Satellites gaining intelligence around the world. MLE also recently received an order from Boeing for building a specialized 65' man and material lift for similar satellite operations destined for the new Clean Room being built at Cape Canaveral. They are also building two omni-directional clean room scissor lifts for United Launch Alliance destined for the Astrotech Clean Room in Titusville, Florida.
 
Representatives from Lockheed Martin, Space Coast Launch Services and Patrick AFB will be here this week for factory acceptance testing.
 
MLE builds custom Aerial Work Platforms for various markets not covered by the standard lift manufactures.
